SPPI Ghost Tours of Redkey run through the spring, summer and fall. The tour is three locations and takes about 3 hours. The Pioneer Graveyard, The Haunted Gray Hotel and either the Hardware Store or the Redkey Sanitarium are the locations visited.

The town of Redkey was a rip roaring place that was not immune to murder, suicide, gangs, mysterious death, people thrown from the train, opium addiction, notorious gangsters like Dillinger, prostitution and much more.
The ghosts of that 'Little Chicago' lifestyle are still there. Living in the buildings of downtown Redkey. The Gray Hotel houses many ghosts that can change as the trains roar through.
Ghost Tours are ran though Redkey starting at the Gray Hotel by Shadow Patrol Paranormal Investigations (SPPI Ghost Hunters). People may find the little girl named Hattie or an evil presence that will chill them to the bone.
One thing that guests are told is that ghosts are humans without a body. They are able to think and do as they please. They are not trick ponies that are forced to perform on que. If they choose to interact, it is of their own free will. If not, well, they might just be having a bad day.
 

There are shops that have extended hours just for the ghost tours. Redkey also has a unique restaurant called the Lil Bistro.
Feel free to come and eat and shop! You never know what or who you might find!

A ghost tour can be booked for a special occasion, birthday or bachelorette party. **NO alcohol allowed**

Guests taking the Ghost Tour are encouraged to bring their own ghost hunting/paranormal investigating equipment. They also need cameras or video cameras. Flashlights are a must.

 

*Phones should be left in the car or in the Kindred Spirit. These entities are known to murder electronics such as lap tops and phones.

SPPI Ghost Tours of Redkey are $10 per adult.

Kids under 18 must have a parent or responsible adult to sign for them.

Children under 15 are not permitted.

Tours meet at The Kindred Spirit at 9pm.

A liability release must be signed.
